PEE WEE TAEKWONDO

Tiny, but Mighty 

Perfect for students 3-6 years old. Taekwondo fundamentals including blocks, kicks and punches are taught in a fun environment. Classes are Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30

BIG KIDS TAEKWONDO

Challenge Yourself

Sometimes it can be hard to have faith in your abilities, especially when you're young and learning to understand the world around you. This class is designed to build physical and mental confidence like your child has never had before.
Classes  are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30pm.

ADULT TAEKWONDO

Be Unstoppable 

The Adult  class is designed to be dynamic and hyper-focused to improve your form, inner strength and cardiovascular health. This learning process happens at your own pace in a friendly and fun atmosphere. Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30pm.

WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE

Stand Up For Yourself

Women's self defense class combines a cardio workout with a series of defensive techniques that will give you the skills and confidence to control any dangerous situations.

SPARRING CLASS

Hard today,  easy tomorrow 

Students who have achieved the rank of yellow belt and higher are encouraged to enhance their training on Saturdays at 11am.

BEGINNER'S CLASS

Challenge Yourself

Join us Tuesdays  and Thursdays from 5:15-6pm for beginners basics. Learn kicking techniques,  proper stances and your 1st Taekwondo Poomsae (form).
